yes, in austria you’ll have to do the apprenticeship for 3,5 years (work an school together), after that you are allowed to do the exam and then you are a certified mechanic ![]()

Same as in Denmark. So no problems there. I can take the school part in Denmark, but need to have the practical things at a shop.
Have been searching in Denmark for the last two seasons, without luck.
it’s not completely the same, or I misunderstood the system you are in at Denmark …
for e. g. in Austria you’ll have to find first a shop getting instructions as an apprentice. that includes the school-part you get one day/week (?? [haudi knows the exact quotation, I think ;)]). in A you can’t take the school part as a single education. and that could be the catch 22 to find a job there just for practice …
it would be easier to get practice on a gasoline station, also repairing vehicles; but anyway I cannot guess what counts in DK for your reputation as a mechanic.
you might ask haudi to find a training for you in Carinthia/Austria. most of those people there are not so narrowminded as citizens are in other parts of A … ![]()
good luck to find an äquivalent shop at DK, A or Schwitzerland CH…

It is the same as in Denmark I can see.
haudi who you say?
the quote is 1 day in school per week, or in the better case 2 month per year …
3 Times 10 weeks/year one time 5 weeks

Which wouldn’t apply to me as I’d be under Danish rules and have the school periods in Denmark.
ok … ![]()
It seems, I (we ?) didn’t understand your needs … what kind of additionally (?) practice are in your minds ?
would you just prefer to end education at another country ?

I’d just like to take all the „practical“ periods in Austria. My education would still be danish, but with all the „practical“ periods in Austria, that is all I want ![]()
bei mir wars bis zum dritten lehrjahr ein tag pro woche, und im vierten lehrjahr wurde dann auf eine durchgehende einheit umgestellt (was auch besser war - die ganze zeit nur in der Schule = ausgezeichneter Haudi)
The whole education lasts 42 months in Austria .
40 weeks belongs to the education in the vocational school, the rest
has to be done in the workshop

U fit the bill ! U´re better known for „the carinthian wheeler“ than a stunning pupil. What does this „wheel-style-trend“ signal ? - A new star is born.

ok, so, if your educators accept foreign practices too -as ours wouldn’t do- ask haudiwaudi HIMSELF … he’s also a world-famous eierspeis-cook … ![]()
°lp°
They do, Denmark encourages it, you can take most educations in foreign countries and get additional economic support too.
… that’s fine and wise - and that’s the difference … ![]()
