Hello my bike friends,
i need information from source.
Lot of people say to Austria or Germany is necessary to have original exhausts, because police are hard. On other side, next group of people say is not necessary.
Where is a true?
I have rent Suzuki SV650 with Remus exhaust and i cant remove this exhaust, becouse SV650 has system in one piece. Can be problem to trip to Kehlsteinhaus? Is my dream, from Czech Republic, Austria to Germany. Im calm rider. Kehlsteinhaus is my dream (or grossglockner, but in this time is temperature about zero)
Hello, and what if i donst have any points from these? No number, no paper and no dbkiller? Will i have problem? Big problem in Austria?
Regards, Zdenek
When you are not from Austria and there is a manipulation they maybe take your plates or your bike. If you don´t pay there they will take your bike for sure until you pay.
well Börny, you wouldn’t find enough space in any exhaust-pipes anyway. so there’s no danger for you at all . and if there is, it would be the exhaust pipe of an oil tanker
if your exhaust has no approval number you are not allowed to use this part on the road, only for track use. Have a look on the backside, some times the number is not easy to spot because it´s to small or dirty. Well, you are neither Austrian citizen nor your bike is licensed in Austria. If it is legal to use this bike with this exhaust on a public road in your country and you are not as loud as hell you will have nearly no troubles. Enjoy your trip and have a safe ride.
so what… because I write in a diff. way, let’s say street-language, same like in German, my English is bs???
Boahhh… u think bcs. u’r using it every day others won’t???
Because my writing is’nt the best? Or my Grammer? Or what?
Guess everybody who speaks english is able to read and understand quite well what I write!
Sounds little bit arrognat to me… well I have’nt studied I forgot…
good you haven’t. some guys must do the work in this country on the other hand you don’t learn english when studying (except studying english itself maybe). it’s more a matter of practical use, which i have to do almost daily. and i like it btw.
…what the hell u think I’m speaking the last 15 years at home??? Chinese??? Or u thought I’v learned Edo???
What u think was for 8 years my duty-language in Afrika???
Of course it’s quite diff. to reg. english… my Ex would’nt understand a word… but I’m used to english easely as much as u!
So… we better leave it by this…
by the way i learned a little bit mandarin (standard chinese) as well, as long i was engaged with a chinese girl. but i remember only a few words. still enough to startle staff in chinese restaurants
