Info zur Masche die in einem KTM Forum gepostet wurde

"Wie im schlechten Film! Habe gerade meine KTM 990S Adventure (mit Akras und Kofferträger) zur kurzen Probefahrt an einen Interessenten gegeben. Und zack weg war er mit dem Motorrad. Die Polizei hat den Fall aufgenommen.

Kennzeichen: SG-D 96, Fahrgestellnummer: VBKVA44097M938326

Der Typ war ca. 1,80cm, 85kg, ca. 30 Jahre, spricht einwandfrei deutsch, hat einen auf Kumpel gemacht und kannte sich mit KTM aus. Falls irgendjemand einen Hinweis hat wäre ich super dankbar. Blödheitsbekundungen brauche ich keine. Ich hoffe es passiert keinem von euch…
…Danke für die Anteilnahme. Die Polizei sagte mir gerade, dass es in letzter Zeit mehrere ähnliche Fälle in NRW gegeben hat. Immer die gleiche Masche, voll organisierte Bande. Deshalb hier nochmal etwas detaillierter der Tathergang, damit keiner von euch so wie ich auf diese Penner hereinfällt.

Der Typ hatte am Nachmittag auf meinem Handy angerufen (Nummer unterdrückt! hätte mich schon stutzig machen sollen), ob er spontan zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen kann. Gegen 20h kamm er dann ohne eigenes Fahrzeug, was bei mir nichts ungewöhnliches ist, da es kaum Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung gibt. Wir kamen schnell ins Gespräch. Er sagte, dass er sich nach längerer Pause wieder eine KTM zulegen wollte. Er wäre früher Motocross und LC4 gefahren. Die große geviel ihm wohl ganz gut, aber wüßte nicht ob ein SuperDuke nicht doch besser für ihn wäre. Probefahrt wäre auch nicht nötig, da er erstmal nur schauen wollte, um es dann mit seiner Familie abzuklären. Nach ca. 10 min weiterem Benzingespräch, fragte er ob er nicht dochmal kurz die Straße rauf und runter fahren könnte, um die Leistungsentfaltung zu fühlen. Er hatte mich richtig schön eingelullt und einen Helm hatte er auch nicht mit. Deshalb war ich so unvorsichtig. Obwohl ich mir sonst immer den Ausweis aushändigen lasse, habe ich es diesmal nicht getan. SSSUUUPPPPERR Naiv von mir. Ihr könnt mir glauben, ich dachte immer so etwas passiert sonst nur alten hilflosen Omi´s an der Haustür.

Sein Komplize hat wahrscheinlich irgendwo in einer Nebenstraße gewartet. Mopped rein, Klappe zu und weg. Die Polizei hat mir keine Hoffnungen gemacht. Bislang wäre von den vielen Diebstählen erst eins durch Zufall im Ausland wieder aufgetaucht. Die Telefonnummer herauszubekommen wäre technisch zwar möglich, aber rechtlich nicht zulässig (Stichwort: großer Lauschangriff). Von der Versicherung werde ich auch wohl nichts bekommen.

Also lasst euch alle Papiere zeigen. Notiert euch Telefonnummer und Anschrift. Macht ein Foto. Vor Betrug schützt es nicht, aber bei der Versicherung habt ihr deutlich bessere Karten.

Bitte streut diese Info´s möglichst weit in eurem Bekanntenkreis oder anderen Foren, es sind nicht nur KTM`s betroffen.

Schau du sprichst mir aus der seele, würde es ähnlich ,machen.
Es ist ja schon manchmal beängstigend wie naiv erwachsene Menschen sein können.
Da haben es sollche kreaturen sehr einfach , den wenn man sich die statuten von eprom durchlest bist wie du die kohle einzahlst schon der g…te, aber es gibt immer wieder welche.Mach das selbe mit deinen Bike da wird dich der selbe typ der da sein geld überweist, mit deinen moped das du verkaufen willst 3x zum öamtc schleifen fünf freunde mitbringen und ne stuhlprobe von der omi zum auswerten brauchen. Das volk ist krank, und manchesmal denke ich mir wieso hab ich immer die Behirnten!
Wie gesagt verstehe dich und gebe dir recht, wollte eigentlich nur aufzeigen wie einfach so was zum aufdecken ist wenn man ein bischen nachforscht.

Die ganze Geschichte gibts aber auch umgekehrt.

Hab mein Mopped auf verschiedenen Seiten inseriert und letzte Woche hat sich einer in gebrochenem Englisch mit einer ungarischen Telefonnummer  und einer deutschen Mailadresse gemeldet, ob er das Mopped kaufen kann. Er hatte aber nur an dem Tag Zeit, an dems bei mir nicht ging und ich auch keinen auftreiben konnte, der sie für mich verkauft.
Hab ihm das in einer Mail geschrieben, worauf die Antwort kam, ich solle doch die Papiere und Zweitschlüssel unter die Sitzbank legen und den Zündschlüssel irgendwo auf den Motor, wo ihn keiner sofort sieht. Den Kaufvertrag würde er mir in den Postkasten werfen und das Geld könnte ich mir bei einer Western Union Filiale abholen.

Mitgenommen hät er sie sicher, nur mit dem Geld wärs nicht mehr ganz so sicher gewesen. :sunglasses:

Hab die Mails leider schon gelöscht, waren echt witzig zu lesen. Versuchen kann man es ja schließlich.

ich jemanden noch nie vorher gesehen hab und ihn nur von ein paar emails herkenne, denn er hat sich nie am Telefon gemeldet, mache ich so etwas nicht. Egal von wo er kommt.
Es war ja wie gesagt niemand zuhause und es hätte sie ja auch irgendjemand anders nehmen können und ich seh weder Motorrad noch Geld. Ich musste um sechs in der Früh weg und er wäre erst im Laufe des Nachmittags gekommen. Mich hat wahrscheinlich mein Studium so geprägt und mich sehr vorsichtig werden lassen.
